How to remove the data AdTill holds about you

Disconnect one ad platform

In AdTill, open Connections and choose Disconnect next to Meta, Google Ads or TikTok. AdTill deletes that connection's access tokens and the advertising data it stored for it.

You can also remove AdTill from the platform itself:

• Meta: Facebook Settings → Business integrations → remove AdTill.
• Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → AdTill → Remove access.
• TikTok: TikTok for Business → Business Center or account settings → authorized apps → remove AdTill.

Delete everything

Email [email protected] from the address you use with AdTill, with the subject "AdTill data deletion request". We will delete your account, connections, stored advertising data and change history, and confirm by email within 30 days.
